Why Join Us
A Practice Built for Your Growth
We understand the unique challenges of the pre-licensure journey. Our practice is designed to provide the structure, supervision, and support you need to thrive.
Developmental Supervision Model
Our evidence-based approach matches supervision intensity to your clinical stage—from foundational skills to independent practice. Progress through structured developmental levels with clear competency markers.
First-Attempt Licensure Track Record
Our supervisees consistently pass licensure exams on their first attempt. We focus on clinical reasoning, not test prep, building the competence that transfers directly to exam success.
Diverse Clinical Populations
Work with diverse client presentations—trauma, substance use, mood disorders, couples/family work. Build a well-rounded clinical skill set across multiple treatment modalities and populations.
Flexible, Paid Positions
Earn $40–$50/hour as a 1099 contractor while building your hours. Choose your schedule and caseload size. Unpaid internship and practicum placements also available.
Transparent, Supportive Contracts
No surprises. Clear expectations on hours, compensation, supervision frequency, and advancement criteria. Our 98% contract completion rate reflects genuine supervisee satisfaction.
